General introduction
Corn thresher is a very smart design machine to remove corn seed from corn cob. It is high automated, safe, easy to operate and save energy. And corn seed removed are no broken in high quality. It is composed of roller cylinder, dented panel, sieve, fan, feeding silo, seed sliding panel, and screw duct leveler,etc.
Working process
Corn cob goes into roller cylinder via feeding silo. Roller cylinder is rotating at high speed, corn cob will be bounced at relative force from roller cylinder and dented panel and get threshed. Corn seed and minor dust or impurities from threshing go though dented panel and separated by wind. Light dust impurities mixed are discharged from dust exit, corn seed is discharged via seed sliding panel. Cob goes backward along roller cylinder and gets discharged via vibrating sieve.
